What this page covers

This page explains what Aurevion Global collects through the forms on this site (the AI Readiness Assessment and the Start a Conversation form), how that information is used, how long it is kept, and how to reach us about it. It is a plain-language explanation, not a legal filing.

What we collect

Name, work email, organization, and optional phone number you provide.
The assessment answers or conversation text you choose to submit.
Basic technical information the form and its spam protection need to function (for example, submission timing and a spam-check result from Cloudflare Turnstile).

Please do not submit passwords, protected health information, payment details, or other sensitive records through these forms. If sensitive information reaches us by mistake, contact us using the Support link below and we will remove it.

How we use it

Submitted information is delivered to Demetrius Jackson, Founder & Principal Consultant of Aurevion Global, to review and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain an honest history of the conversation, then remove records that are no longer needed for that purpose or for a legal or accounting requirement.
